The Masseria San Paolo Grande organizes live cooking events where it is possible to taste and admire local craftsmen dealing with the live preparation of focaccia, mozzarella, grilled meat and fish, panzerotti and many other typical products served on long shared tables.

 

Walk in our farm to collect vegetables and fruit for the lesson.
Then in the old stalls you learn how to make typical Apulian dishes, homemade pasta, and farm meat.
