Masseria San Paolo Grande dates back to the late 1400. Since that time, it has always been dedicated to agricultural activities. It covers an area of about eighty hectares, with its wide and evocative valleys of olive groves and its generous arable fields. Everything is produced right in this place, today as in past. The organic raw materials are grown in the property's gardens, flours are obtained from the patient cultivation of grains and cereals, oils and wines are the precious result of an unceasing farm work in the olive groves and vineyards.
